GMH purchased the property in 2005, and immediately launched an expansive 2 year renovation to improve and update the property’s marketplace competiveness, security and curb appeal. The amenities such as pool and fitness areas, clubhouse and tennis courts were also completely updated and modernized. The result was immediate increased occupancy and improved tenant happiness. Recently, GMH Capital Partners sold the property to Kennedy Wilson Multifamily.
