
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Holloway is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GMH Associates. He founded GMH Associates in 1985. Under his direction, GMH Associates has been acquiring, building, managing, and expanding residential and commercial properties throughout the U.S. since its inception. Mr. Holloway is a Founder of GMH Ventures and was
a Trustee of GMH Communities Trust before it was sold. Prior to the formation of GMH Associates, he was involved in various aspects of the real estate industry. Mr. Holloway served as the Chief Financial Officer at the Holloway Corporation. He began his career at Touche Ross & Company, Certified Public Accounts where Mr. Holloway provided accounting and tax services to real estate clients.

Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President
Mr. Macchione is the executive vice president and chief operating officer of GMH Associates, Inc. Mr. Macchione served as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of GMH Communities Trust from 2004 until June 2008, when it was merged into American Campus Communities, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Macchione served as general counsel for GMH Capital Partners LLC, formerly a joint venture between Gary Holloway and GE Capital Corporation, which focused on corporate real estate services. Mr. Macchione was also an attorney with Morgan Lewis & Bockius as well as Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll in Philadelphia, where his practice focused on commercial real estate joint ventures, acquisitions and disposition strategies, as well as zoning, land use and construction and environmental law.
Prior to launching his legal career, Mr. Macchione was the managing partner of a Philadelphia-based commercial construction company. Mr. Macchione is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as the Philadelphia Bar Association, where he served on the Executive Committee member and Co-Editor of the Philadelphia Bar Newsletter. Mr. Macchione was named to the National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals in 2005. Mr. Macchione is also an executive committee member of Inspire Philadelphia, a Pennsylvania-based non-profit organization. Mr. Macchione received his J.D. from Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude and served as editor-in-chief of the Environmental Law and Technology Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Temple University, where he graduated summa cum laude

President
Gary M. Holloway, Jr. is the President of GMH Capital Partners. Mr. Holloway is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business including investment sales, property management, asset management, construction, and property acquisitions. At the present time, the GMH Capital Partners’ portfolio consists of 20 properties with an aggregate value of $550 million. Prior to his role as President, Mr. Holloway served as Sr. Vice President of the Investment Sales division, a division in which Mr. Holloway assisted in the formation of in 1998. Mr. Holloway led the group to achieve sales of over $2.5 billion.

Executive Vice President
Dennis O'Leary serves as an executive vice president of GMH Associates, and president of GMH Ventures. He joined the company upon its formation in June of 2008. Prior to that , he was President of Newtown Square Partners, an entity that invests in undervalued publicly traded companies and was a Trustee of GMH Communities Trust (GCT) from November, 2004 until June, 2008 upon the sale of the company to American Campus Communities. He was a partner with Ernst & Young LLP during 2002 and 2003, heading up the firm's New York Region- Insurance Tax Practice. From 1985 to 2001, he was senior vice president with Reliance Group Holdings, Inc, where he was a member of the acquisitions and divestitures team and was also responsible for worldwide tax planning. Prior to the time, he was a tax partner with Touche Ross & Co., in their Philadelphia office. Mr. O'Leary received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from LaSalle University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Temple University. He is a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania.

Executive Vice President
John DeRiggi is Executive Vice President at GMH Capital Partners, and GMH Associates. Mr. DeRiggi is responsible for capital markets activity, acquisitions, development and financing for GMHCP. Mr. DeRiggi joined GMHCP in August 2008 from his prior position as President of College Park Communities, the student housing division of the publicly traded GMH Communities Trust (NYSE: GCT). Prior to GCT’s acquisition by American Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC), College Park Communities was the nation’s largest student housing owner and operator. As President, Mr. DeRiggi was responsible for a $1.6 Billion student housing portfolio containing more than 47,000 beds with total annual revenue of approximately $180 Million, and 1,250 employees.

Executive Vice President , Senior Vice President GMH Ventures
Michael Holloway serves as senior vice president of GMH Ventures. He joined the company upon its formation in June of 2008. Prior to that, he was vice president of business development for Balfour Beatty Communities, formerly GMH Military Housing, where he was responsible for leading a development team in the pursuit of military housing privatization projects. He was an employee of GMH Military Housing from the time of its initial public offering in 2004, under parent company GMH Communities Trust, through its sale in April, 2008 to Balfour Beatty plc. He was instrumental in growing the business platform through his active participation in the Department of Defense’s public bid process. During his tenure, GMH Military Housing was awarded $2.2+ billion of military housing privatization projects. Prior to GMH Military Housing, he worked as an acquisitions analyst at Vornado Realty Trust where he supported the acquisitions and capital markets teams in the valuation of primarily office and retail assets ranging in size from $50 million to $1+ billion. Mr. Holloway received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Finance from Villanova University’s School of Commerce & Finance.

Executive Vice President
Jim Kirby is Executive Vice President of Business Development for GMH Capital Partners and is responsible for leading the business development efforts for the company, including its prospective properties for acquisition as well as identifying and working with clients for the investment sales, asset services and construction services divisions. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kirby was the Chief Investment Officer of College Park Communities – a publicly traded Student Housing REIT – and responsible for the acquisitions, dispositions and capital markets activities for a $1.7 billion portfolio of 91 owned and/or managed properties in 27 states containing over 50,000 beds.

Chief Financial Officer
Robert DiGiuseppe is the Executive Vice President of Finance for GMH Capital Partners. Mr. DiGiuseppe is responsible for overseeing the finance, accounting, insurance and cash management functions. Mr. DiGiuseppe belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. DiGiuseppe joined GMH in 1992.

SVP Tax and Risk Management
Anthony J Cardamone serves as our senior vice president of Tax and Risk Management. Mr. Cardamone joined the company in 2000 as the Director of Tax. Prior to joining GMH, he served as a Senior Manager in the tax department of the a Big Four accounting firm. He has over 30 years experience in public accounting and private industry. Mr. Cardamone received a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and a M.S in Taxation from Drexel University and is a certified public accountant.

Senior Vice President of Investment Sales
David R. Forrest is the Senior Vice President of Investment Sales for GMH Capital Partners. Mr. Forrest is responsible for the operations, business development and marketing of this division which manages the valuation and investment sales process of assets for various clients. Mr. Forrest has over twenty-six years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Senior Vice President of Asset Services
Rand A. Ginsburg is the Senior Vice President of Asset Services for GMH
Capital Partners. Mr. Ginsburg is responsible for the management and leasing
of the company’s owned and third party commercial and multi-family assets.
Since joining GMH in 2001, Mr. Ginsburg has managed over 60 properties
throughout the United States, totaling over $750 million dollars of asset
value.
Mr. Ginsburg brings an owner-operator, equity perspective to the disciplines
of property management, with a core focus on enhancing asset value and
maximizing return on investment. He has over 15 years experience in the
commercial real estate industry with a proven track record of turning
underperforming assets into successful properties.
Mr. Ginsburg is an active member of the International Council of Shopping
Centers (ICSC), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), National
Apartment Association (NAA) and Building Owners and Managers Association
(BOMA). He earned a Bachelors of Business Administration with a
concentration in Finance and International Business from the University of
Delaware.

Senior Vice President of Acquisitions
Stephen M. Behrle, Jr. is the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for GMH Capital Partners. Mr. Behrle is responsible for sourcing and underwriting residential and commercial acquisition opportunities for the Company’s investment accounts. Additionally, Mr. Behrle is responsible for structuring debt and equity financing for property transactions and managing all phases of the acquisition process. Mr. Behrle received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Penn State University.

Senior Legal Counsel
James I. Kennedy is an attorney licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Kennedy has extensive experience in complex corporate and real estate finance, securitization, financial services, mortgage banking and commercial real estate transactions. He regularly represents clients in real estate and related finance matters, mortgage banking and general corporate transactions. Mr. Kennedy is also experienced in intellectual property matters, including, trademarks, technology outsourcing, licensing, publicity rights recording agreements and video and production agreements.
Mr. Kennedy received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), magna cum laude, in Political Science from West Chester University in 1997. Mr. Kennedy received his Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude, from Villanova University in 2001. Mr. Kennedy served in the United States Marine Corps and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is also a member of the National Register of Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals.
Mr. Kennedy is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association. He also served as Chairman of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Military Affairs Committee.

Investment Analyst, Acquisitions
Shaun Gallagher serves as an Investment Analyst at GMH Capital Partners. Mr. Gallagher is responsible for determining investment potential, underwriting, market research and due diligence for potential real estate acquisitions. Mr. Gallagher joined GMHCP in August 2008 from his prior position at Brandolini Companies handling acquisitions, approvals and project management for residential, retail and office developments. His work included securing permits and approvals from municipalities, counties, departments of transportation, and state and federal agencies. Mr. Gallagher received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brown University.

Vice President, Investment Sales
Randall L. Calvert is a Vice President for GMH Capital Partners’ Investment Services Division. Mr. Calvert is responsible for all phases of valuation and disposition of investment grade real estate assets including multifamily, student housing, office, retail, industrial, and land. Since assuming his current role in March of 2005, Mr. Calvert has been responsible for over half a billion in closed investment sales transactions in 16 states. During his previous role as Investment Analyst, Mr. Calvert underwrote over $4 billion in commercial real estate.

Assistant VP of Construction Services
Ernie Facchine is the Assistant Vice President of Construction Services. Mr. Facchine is responsible for the overall construction management including on-site coordination, scheduling, procurement, construction budgeting, quality control and construction due diligence. In this role, he manages a $50 million dollar construction portfolio consisting of 10 assets throughout the United States. Prior to joining GMH Capital Partners Construction Services, Mr. Facchine worked on a $70 million research and development facility for SmithKline. He also handled new residential construction, office fit-outs, rehabilitation of existing structures, including apartment buildings Bovis Lend Lease, Whiting Turner Construction Management, and Jeffrey Brown and Associates.
