Gary M. Holloway Jr. | President
Gary Holloway Jr.Gary M. Holloway, Jr. is the President of GMH Capital Partners. Mr. Holloway is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business including investment sales, property management, asset management, construction, and property acquisitions. At the present time, the GMH Capital Partners’ portfolio consists of 20 properties with an aggregate value of $550 million. Prior to his role as President, Mr. Holloway served as Sr. Vice President of the Investment Sales division, a division in which Mr. Holloway assisted in the formation of in 1998. Mr. Holloway led the group to achieve sales of over $2.5 billion.

Robert E. DiGiuseppe | Executive Vice President of Finance
Robert E. DiGuseppeRobert DiGiuseppe is the Executive Vice President of Finance for GMH Capital Partners. Mr. DiGiuseppe is responsible for overseeing the finance, accounting, insurance and cash management functions. Mr. DiGiuseppe belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. DiGiuseppe joined GMH in 1992.

John DeRiggi | Executive Vice President
John DeRiggiJohn DeRiggi is Executive Vice President at GMH Capital Partners. Mr. DeRiggi is responsible for capital markets activity, acquisitions, development and financing for GMHCP. Mr. DeRiggi joined GMHCP in August 2008 from his prior position as President of College Park Communities, the student housing division of the publicly traded GMH Communities Trust (NYSE: GCT). Prior to GCT’s acquisition by American Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC), College Park Communities was the nation’s largest student housing owner and operator. As President, Mr. DeRiggi was responsible for a $1.6 Billion student housing portfolio containing more than 47,000 beds with total annual revenue of approximately $180 Million, and 1,250 employees

David R. Forrest | Senior Vice President of Investment Sales
David ForrestDavid R. Forrest is the Senior Vice President of Investment Sales for GMH Capital Partners. Mr. Forrest is responsible for the operations, business development and marketing of this division which manages the valuation and investment sales process of assets for various clients. Mr. Forrest has over twenty-one years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Rand A. Ginsburg | Senior Vice President of Asset Services
Rand A. GinsburgRand A. Ginsburg is the Senior Vice President of Asset Services for GMH Capital Partners. Mr. Ginsburg is responsible for the management and leasing of the company’s owned and third party commercial and multi-family assets. In this role, Mr. Ginsburg manages a $500 million dollar portfolio consisting of over 20 assets throughout the United States and oversees the Company’s core mission of creating long term appreciation and maximizing the value of each asset. Mr. Ginsburg has over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Stephen M. Behrle Jr. | Senior Vice President of Acquisitions
Stephen M. Behrle Jr.Stephen M. Behrle, Jr. is the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for GMH Capital Partners. Mr. Behrle is responsible for sourcing and underwriting residential and commercial acquisition opportunities for the Company’s investment accounts. Additionally, Mr. Behrle is responsible for structuring debt and equity financing for property transactions and managing all phases of the acquisition process. During 2005 and 2006, Mr. Behrle oversaw the acquisition of $230 million of investment real estate for GMH Capital Partners.

James W. Kirby Jr.  | Senior Vice President of Business Development
James W. Kirby Jr.Jim Kirby is Senior Vice President of Business Development for GMH Capital and is responsible for leading the business development efforts for the Company, including its prospective properties for acquisition as well as identifying and working with clients for the investment sales, asset services and construction services divisions. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kirby was the Chief Investment Officer of College Park Communities – a publicly traded Student Housing REIT – and responsible for the acquisitions, dispositions and capital markets activities for a $1.7 billion portfolio of 91 owned and/or managed properties in 27 states containing over 50,000 beds.

William C. TourtellotteWilliam C. Tourtellotte is the Senior Vice President of Investment Services for GMH Capital Partners. With a nearly 20 year background in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Tourtellotte possesses valuable transactions experience in leading acquisition roles on various types of major institutional investment properties. Since joining GMH, Mr. Tourtellotte has spearheaded sale efforts resulting in the closing of nearly $800 million in 75 transactions.

Randall CalvertRandall L. Calvert is an Investment Services Account Representative for GMH Capital Partners. Mr. Calvert is responsible for all phases of valuation and disposition of investment grade real estate assets including multifamily, student housing, office, retail, and industrial properties. Since joining GMH Capital Partners in 2001, Mr. Calvert has underwritten over $1 billion in commercial real estate.

Thomas Haak | Account Representative
Randall CalvertThomas Haak is an Investment Services Account Representative for GMH Capital Partners.  Mr. Haak is responsible for all phases of valuation and disposition of investment grade real estate assets including multifamily, student housing, office, retail, industrial, and land. Prior to joining GMH in 2007, Mr. Haak spent 6 years at SEI Investments in Philadelphia, PA as a Senior Internal Client Service Director in the Global Institutional Group. His primary responsibilities focused on managing 45 institutional relationships representing over $3 billion in retirement assets and $11 million in reoccurring revenue.

William F. Quinn Jr. | Vice President of Accounting
William QuinnWilliam F. Quinn, Jr. is the Vice President of Accounting for GMH Capital Partners. Mr. Quinn is responsible for the accounting and finance of the company’s owned and third party commercial and multi-family assets. In this role, he oversees a $550 million portfolio consisting of 20 assets throughout the United States. With over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Quinn joined GMH Capital Partners in 1997 as a Staff Accountant and quickly worked his way to his current position of Vice President of Accounting.

Holly L. McQueen | Regional Property Manager
Holly JudsonHolly McQueen is a Regional Property Manager of the Asset Management division for GMH Capital Partners. Mrs. McQueen is responsible for the management oversight of all third party commercial assets in Florida, totaling 1 million square feet of retail and office space. Mrs. McQueen has over 15 years experience managing commercial properties including retail, office and multifamily. Prior to joining GMH, Mrs. McQueen was a property manager for Inland, a publicly traded real estate investment trust.

Sean Smitheman | Assistant VP of Corporate Accounting
William QuinnSean Smitheman is the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Accounting for GMH Capital Partners' Construction Services. Mr. Smitheman is responsible for the accounting, finance and contract administration. Mr. Smitheman joined GMH Capital Partners Commercial Realty in 2001 as a Senior Staff Accountant and within two years began handling the accounting for GMH Capital Partners Construction Services as well as assuming contract administration.

Ernie Facchine | Assistant Vice President
Ernie FacchineErnie Facchine is the Assistant Vice President of the Construction Services for GMH Capital Partners . Mr. Facchine is responsible for the overall construction management including on-site coordination, scheduling, procurement, construction budgeting, quality control and construction due diligence. In this role, he manages a $50 million dollar construction portfolio consisting of 10 assets throughout the United States.
